Advance planning
The more detailed the planning in advance, the more relaxed the concert tour will run. We try to have all the topics clarified for everyone involved in comprehensive daily schedules.
Customs / Visas
If visas are required, or carnets for the transport of equipment and instruments are needed, we are happy to assist.
Arrangement of Equipment Transport
We clarify in advance whether the equipment/instruments will be transported in the bus or if special transporters or tour trucks are needed.
Catering
At the hotel, a nearby restaurant, for takeout, or at the venue. Of course, we clarify the budget and options (vegan, vegetarian, etc.) in advance.
Ground Mobility
We have direct access to an excellent network of buses of all sizes and equipment types, minivans, and sedans for soloists and conductors. This includes our own dispatchers for larger projects.
Ferry Bookings
Whenever a ferry needs to be booked on the route… whether it’s a short crossing or an overnight trip with cabin bookings
Accomodation
All budgets, we follow the group’s guidelines. From simple hostels to exclusive boutique hotels. For us, the location of the accommodation is always important.
Rail
Individual arrivals or departures of the ensemble or crew members / group tickets or a combination of train and bus to travel flexibly, time-saving, and as ecologically as possible
Flight
Individual arrivals/departures of individual ensemble or crew members / group flights / charter flights
