In which regions or destinations can you offer services?
We work locally, regionally, nationally, internationally, and pan-European throughout Europe.
Can you also organize performance venues for us?
Yes, we support amateur ensembles in choosing suitable locations and planning their performances during touring engagements. We do not offer this service for professional ensembles.
Can participants pay individually? What options are available?
Yes, there are different options. The group can make the payments collectively and as a flat rate. There is also the possibility for participants within the group to register individually and pay separately.
We want to participate in a festival, do you also organize travel for that?
Yes, with our network we are particularly well positioned to offer individual bus trips to a festival.
What happens in case of illness or cancellation of amateur group participants?
Individual participants can cancel or be absent at any time, therefore we recommend taking out appropriate travel cancellation insurance for groups. We are happy to advise you and show you the possibilities.
How early should we plan our concert tour?
Ideally, we begin planning 6-9 months before departure. For popular travel times (spring/summer) or special venues, we even recommend 12-24 months lead time. However, short-notice requests are also possible!
